KITZ Japan Butterfly Valves Model FIG. 10XJMEA
KITZ Japan Butterfly Valves Model FIG. 10XJMEA is widely used in fluid systems such as water management systems, industry processes, piping and cooling pumps, sewage treatment plants and other systems.
Classification: Class PN: 10, Type: Wafer
Major Components of KITZ Japan Butterfly Valves
The KITZ Japan Butterfly Valves Model FIG. 10XJMEA consists of a body and disc with a seated gasket system and lever operated stem. The body is made of aluminum alloy and the disc is made of stainless steel 316 to help prevent corrosion. The seat of the valve is made of EPDM and the stem is a 13 CRSS lever operated system for easy control over the flow of materials.
The valve is 10K/150 in size and is a double eccentric butterfly valve in order to ensure longer lifetime performance. There is dual-direction flow capability with high-performance and low torque operation.
Performance of KITZ Japan Butterfly Valves
KITZ Japan Butterfly Valves Model FIG. 10XJMEA have a Cv of 0.11, with maximum operating temperature of -10° to 110°C, and pressure range of 10 Kgf/cm2. They can handle fluids such as water, oil and gas.
The manual control lever operation is designed to enable easy access and control. The valve can be adjusted easily to allow prolonged resistance free operation. The discs are designed to be self-aligning, which further enhances its reliability and superior performance.
